Dynamic Router for Fleet Electrification

To get a route from A to B is trivial. But for an electric HGV, we have a few complications.

• Regulations require timed, formal breaks.
• Charging takes more time than filling.
• Chargers vary in price, speed and location.
• A detour means more time, and distance, on the road.
• You can't drive on every road.

You can't check every possibility and tradeoff. A computer can.

My name is Joe Cooper and I built this originally at the Berlin Energy Hackathon.

Place your waypoints, and click "calculate". The computer will consider possibilities, predict their costs and sort them.
